Buck Casey is a former law enforcement officer from California who moved here to start a new life with his family. Once he became aware of what was happening with the county concerning the cannabis ordinance adopted as county law and all that came with it, he worked to spread the word about it to his neighbors and is considered the catalyst to what CCOBC is today.
